The Impact of Social Media and Digital Marketing on the Human Resource Industry (Part 2)

Social media has transformed all business industries significantly by making, sales, advertising and marketing activities much easier and smoother. In particular, the Human Resource Industry has been affected in a significant way. Activities from sourcing Resumes to shortlisting and selecting Resumes have changed phenomenally. Likewise, hiring a candidate from across borders has become quite imaginable and feasible. Social Channels such as LinkedIn, Xing and Facebook among several others have made the process quick and effective. In the previous decade, HR scenario has transformed manifold thanks to social media and its humungous impact. The flexibility that the social media sites offer is priceless for easing out HR operations.
